At Brainio s.r.o. (this is the name of our company) we keep the following information about our customers:

• Identification data - name and surname, if applicable, company name, registration number and VAT number.
• Contact details - address, telephone number and email.
• Additional information - date of purchase, number of packages, shipping and payment method.

We use the data for the fulfilment of the concluded purchase contract, that is, the delivery of the ordered goods, because without them it would not be possible to deliver the order or to issue the invoice correctly.

We only keep the data for the period of time prescribed by law, after which we delete the data.
Order information is stored for 8 years - the period of time during which it may be subject to financial control. The data you provide in your e-mail communication is retained on the mail server.

We only provide data to companies where it is necessary. Your personal, contact, additional information, and selected information about your business is also sent to the following companies: 

-Zásilkovna (so we can send you a Mindflow package)

-Wordfence (to protect our website and your data

-ManyChat (so that we can communicate with you via messenger)

-Mail service (so we can send you an order completion email and invoice)

-Facebook (so we can keep in touch with you on Facebook)

-Google (so that you can find us) 

-Brainio s.r.o. (the name of our company, in case you have forgotten) keeps accounting records where information about your payments to Brainio s.r.o. may appear. Our accounting is handled by Connect Economic Group Ltd.

Your rights - Your data is processed transparently, fairly and in accordance with the law. We treat them as if they were our own.
